Enam Tentara NATO Tewas Dalam Serangan Bom di Afghanistan

"A suicide bomber on a motorbike carrying out attacks on a joint patrol of Afghan forces and coalition around 1:30 pm in the area Bajawri, Bagram district," said Parwan provincial governor's spokesman quoted by CNN, Waheed Sediqi, Tuesday (22/12 ).


This area is close to the US base in Bagram district of Parwan province north. "We are very saddened by this loss. Our heartfelt sympathies go to the families and friends of those affected in this tragic incident, especially during this holiday season." said Brig. General Wilson Shoffner.


For the time being the names of the victims can not be disclosed. The attack is still under investigation, said Col. Michael Lawhorn, a spokesman for NATO's Operation Resolute Support.A total of six people killed is increasing the length of the NATO members who were killed in Afghanistan to 25 people. The death toll continues to decline from year to year since reaching a peak of 711 in 2010.
